摘要
企业是向市场供给产品和服务的赢利组织,利润是企业成长的必备条件。企业成长需要不断获取企业资源集合体的加速度、动量和能量,降低企业运动成本,获得企业成长的利润。现代企业的成长战略,在于积极寻求成本-利润的均衡,通过控制运动成本,采取扩大企业边界或产业集群的战略,实现经济利润最大化目标。
Enterprise is a profit-making organization, which provides goods and service for the market, and therefore, profit is a necessary condition for its growth. Thus the enterprise has to capture the acceleration, momentum, and energy of the collection of its resources on a regular basis, so as to reduce the running cost and to achieve profits for its growth. Strategies for modern enterprises to grow should get the maximum profit by controlling the running cost and taking the methods of expanding the boundary of the enterprise or industry gathering.
