摘要
国外跨文化管理研究大致经历了萌牙、兴起和发展三个阶段,国内跨文化管理研究主要集中在探讨文化差异对企业具体职能的影响及企业的应对措施等。作为一门新兴学科,跨文化管理研究有待改进和完善。
Cross-cultural management means to conduct management for behaviors of people under different cultural background, of which the key point is to probe into and carefully deal with the mutual influence and interaction among people from different countries and regions who are in the same working environment. Research on the cross-cultural management is of great significance to enriching both the theory and practice of the multinational company operation. The authors firstly discuss the connotation of cross-cultural management, then summarize relevant hteratures in terms of cross-cultural management research at home and abroad and at last give a brief review of this research.
