摘要
利用红外吸收型CO2气体传感器设计了一种CO2气体检测方法,详细阐述了其结构和工作原理。试验表明:利用本方法检测CO2的分辨力为0.001%,与气相色谱仪测量值的差值在3%以内。具有测量范围宽、灵敏度高、响应时间快、选择性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,且简单易用、快速直读、价格低廉,具有较好的应用前景。
A CO2gas detection method is designed by using a sensor which absorbs CO2. The principle and constitute of its is expatiated. The result indicates that the resolution is 0. 001% using this method, the difference between it and gas chromatography measuring device is less than 3 %. It has many advantages such as wide range of measurment,higher sensitivity,fast response,better selectivity,strong anti-disturb and so on. It's easy to use, inexpensive display visual ,and has better application foreground.
