摘要
采用动态热分析方法在线性升温速率为6.18℃/min及H2气氛流速为100cm3/min的条件下考察了沈北、孤岛、南阳、草桥和辽河减压渣油的热反应行为。在热反应的两个温度区间内,可利用两个独立的一级动力学模型对实验数据进行拟合,借助线性回归分析,确定了渣油在两个温区内的动力学参数;本实验条件下,H2气氛基本上不影响渣油的热反应。
The behavoirs of thermolysis of five Chinese vacuum residua from Shenbei, Gudao, Nanyang, Caoqiao and Liaohe oil fields were investigated under the conditions of heating rate of 6. 18℃/min and hydrogen gas flow rate of 100 cm3/min in a thermogravimetric analyzer. The experimental data were well fitted witb two independent first-order kinetic models in two temperature regions during thermolysis. The kinetic parameters of thermolysis for the five residua in two temperature regions were obtained using the least square regression. The change of hydrogen atmosphere has only little effect on the kinetic paramters of thermolysis under experimental conditions.
