摘要
采用无放射性的直接式科氏力传感器、计算机和无线通讯技术,实现固井水泥浆和钻井泥浆密度、流量和压力在线高精度地自动测量,克服了以往人工称量、放射性密度计、涡轮流量计、电磁流量计、超声波流量计等测量方法的缺陷,解决了油田几十年来固井水泥浆密度流量参数测量的难题。系统已在辽河、大港和塔里木油田成功地应用。
Using Coriolis sensor, computer and radio communication techniques can be realized the high accurate continuous measurement of the dencity,flow and pressure of cementing and drilling fluid on line. This measuring method is nonradioactive and direct. It overcomes the defects of the measaring methods of artificially weighing, radioactive densimeters, turbine flow meters, electromagnetic flowmeters, ul-trosonic flow meters etc. And it solves a difficult problem which has existed for several decades in measuring of the dencity, flow and pressure of cementing and drilling fluid in oilfields. The measuring system has been successfully applied in Liaohe, Dagang and Talimu Olifields
