摘要
针对疏松砂岩油藏胶结疏松、出砂严重的难题,应用连续介质力学理论,在考虑流体渗流、储层变形或破坏、液化砂粒运移等因素的基础上,建立了基于流固耦合形式的动态出砂定量预测模型,应用顺序Galerkin有限元数值解方案对出砂速率、出砂量等进行了数值计算和模型验证。计算结果表明,动态出砂定量预测技术较好地模拟了地层出砂的复杂变化过程,初步解决了砂拱形成和破坏的模拟难题,对于疏松砂岩油藏合理生产压差等开发参数的确定具有重要指导作用。
One of the main problems in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir exploitation is poor cementation and serious sand production.Based on the continuum mechanics theory,a fluid-solid coupled model is developed for dynamic and quantitative sand production prediction,which takes the fluid seepage,deformation or failure of reservoir and fluidized sand movement,etc.into account.The Calerkin finite element method with sequential algorithm is used to calculate the sand production rate and sand quantity and to verify the model.The results show that the dynamic and quantitative sand production prediction method can simulate the complicated sanding process and primarily solve the difficult simulation issues of sand arch formation and failure.It can be used to determine the reasonable producing pressure drop and other production parameters in the unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.
