高岭土晶体结构与裂化催化剂性能关系研究 被引量:19

摘要 研究不同产地高岭土的晶体结构与所制备的全白土催化剂性能之间的关系。XRD、IR、DTA分析结果表明,表现上东水泉土类似高度有序高岭石,苏州立类似b轴无序高岭石,而同安土类似埃洛石。试验结果表明,以有序性低的高岭土制备的全白土催化剂NaY沸石含量高,强度差,反之亦然。适于制备全白土催化剂的高岭土应具有中等有序度。以高有序度的东水泉土和低有序度的同安土混兑成的中等有序度高岭土可以代替苏州立制备使用性能较好的全白土催化剂。 Relation between crystalline structure of kaolin and the performane of its in -situ crystallization cracking catalyst was investigated. The XRD, IR and DTA analyses indicated that Dunshui-quan, Suzhou and Tongan kaolins were classified to 'high-ordered', 'ordered' and' low-ordered' kaolins respectively. Experiments showed that the NaY content and attrition index of the in-situ crystallization catalyst increased with the decrease of the order degree of the kaolin, and vice versa. It is proposed that the 'ordered' kaolin is suitable for preparing the said catalyst. From the mixture of Donshuiquan and Ton-gan kaolins, an in-situ crystallization catalyst with similar performance as compared with that of Suzhou kaolin was prepared. It is concluded that the mixture could replace the normally used Suzhou kaolin as raw material for preparing the catalyst.
