双水相体系分光光度法测定味精中的微量铁 被引量:3

摘要 研究了在PEG2000-Na2SO4-EBT双水相体系中Fe(Ⅲ)的显色反应条件,确定了以铬黑T(EBT)做萃取剂和显色剂时最佳的反应条件,结果表明,在pH9.0缓冲液中,Fe(Ⅲ)与EBT形成红色络合物,络合物最大吸收波长为496nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.34×10^5L/(mol·cm)。此法和普通光度分析法相比萃取效果好,灵敏度有较大提高,用于味精中铁的测定,效果满意。 Study on color reaction condition of Fe( Ⅲ ) in polyethylene glycol--2000(PEG) --Na2SO4 --eri- ochrome black T(EBT) two--phase aqueous system, the best reaction condition by using the EBT as the extractant and color reaction indicator was established. At prig. 0, Fe(Ⅲ) and PEG formed a red complex substance, the maximum absorption of the complex was 496nm, and the molar absorptive was 1.34 × 10^5 L/(tool · cm). Compared with the photometric analytical method, the extraction effect of this method was better, and the precision had a great improvement. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of small amounts iron with satisfactory result.
