摘要
建筑施工现场常用的模板支架与脚手架的设计计算是由结构稳定控制的,是理论性很强、分析计算很难的结构力学领域。在实用上将稳定分析计算问题简单地甚至没有分析地确定计算长度进行设计计算。尤其是模板支架,由于稳定的概念含糊不清,编制的模板支架施工方案中隐藏了群架失稳倒塌的诸多因素。本文从杆系结构的弹性稳定理论出发,指出了当前模板支架设计计算中存在的主要问题和提出了解决的方法。
The design calculation of formwork support and scaffold at the construction site is controlled by structure stability and belongs to structural mechanics which is rather difficult to calculate. In practice, the stability is simply analyzed, even calculated in strength. Due to the unclear stability concept of formwork support, in the construction scheme of formwork support there exist hidden perils of group support buckling and collapse. The paper, from the elastic stable theory of truss structure, points out the problems in the design calculation of formwork support and gives out some solutions.
