摘要
使用大型笔式数控绘图机绘图时,在DXF文件中存在图形元素完全或部分重合的情况下,会产生绘图光顺性差、精度低、无效行程大等问题,针对此种情况,本文提出了对直线、圆弧和圆等常见图形元素进行重复性检查的优化算法;本算法有效的减少了绘图机抬笔次数,提高了绘图精度,缩短了无效行程,已在工程中得到成功应用。
This paper presents an optimized arithmetic designed for the iterative testing of the regular graphics elements like the line, arc and circle. This arithmetic is proposed to deal with such cases that low smoothness, precision and the long invalid tenor will be generated when plotting using the good-sized numerical control graph plotter in case there are totally or partly graphics elements superpose in the DFX files.This arithmetic eleminates the counts of the graph plotter uplifts effetively, increases the plot precision, cuts the invalid tenor and has been succesfully put into engineering use.
