摘要
对工作了7200 h柴油发电机组断裂连杆进行了化学成分分析、断口观察、金相组织和力学性能检验。结果表明,连杆属于疲劳断裂,断裂失效主要由折叠裂纹引起。
The cracked connecting rod in the diesel generator which had worked for 7200 h was studied by fracture observation, chemical composition analysis, microstructure and mechanical properties tests. The results show that the fatigue fracture is the main cause of fracture failure for the connecting rod. The folded crack should be result from the fracture failure.
