摘要
基于传统的化学去除放射性污染物的工艺,提出一种超声波与化学去污联合运用的新工艺,经实验室模拟及核电厂的去污实践检验,其放射性去污效果极佳,污染工件经去污后,表面的放射性去污系数达1 750以上,表面接触剂量率也降低至原来的0.5‰以内;对于平行工艺下的316 L不锈钢样片的腐蚀深度测试,结果表明,本工艺对不锈钢的腐蚀性极低(46.1 nm),完全满足核电厂去污工艺腐蚀深度值(≤1μm)的要求。
A new decontamination technology of contaminated components in nuclear power plant(NPP) was reported. This technology was applied in the decontamination of the sealed plates of steam generator in NPP, and achieved excellent decontamination result ( Decontamination factor 〉 1 750, the content of surface contact agent decreased 0.5‰). It indicates very low level corrosion (46.1 nm)to 316 L stainlesssteel samples in engineering application, these results meet the decontamination technique corrosion limit (≤1μm)of NPP.
