摘要
利用有限元分析技术,对重型清障车吊臂的应力进行分析计算,得出各结构部件在不同工况下的应力分布图.分析计算结果,找出结构不合理之处,提出改进意见,进而为产品的优化设计提供理论依据.
The Finite Element Method (FEM) is used to analyze the stress of the lifting arm of heavy wrecker. Its structural stress curves under different load conditions are figured out. Based on the analyzed results, the unreasonable points of its structure are pointed out and improved suggestions are also put forward. And theoretical evidence is provided for its optimal design.
