摘要
以自制固体酸为催化剂,以甘油和共轭亚油酸为原料合成共轭亚油酸甘油酯。考察了对甲苯磺酸的负载浓度、酸醇摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂加入量对酯化率的影响。结果表明,用活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸合成共轭亚油酸甘油酯,催化活性高,后处理简单;确定了合成共轭亚油酸甘油酯较适宜的工艺条件为:酸醇摩尔比为4∶1,反应温度160℃,反应时间4.0h,催化剂的加入量为原料酸质量的8%。酯化率可超过92%。
Conjugated linoleic acid glycerides was synthesized from conjugated linoleic acid,glycerine and p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on actived carbon.The influences of consistence of p-toluene sulphonic aciesults show that little quantity of catalyst,high active catalyst and simple technology are the advantages of the technique,process conditions were obtained,mole ratio of conjugated linoleic acid,ratio of reactants,quantity of catalyst,temperature and time of reaction were examined.The results show that acid to glycerine is 4∶1.Reaction temperature is 160℃ and reaction time is 4h,weight of catalyst is 8% of conjugated linoleic acid. Conversion ratio could exceed 92% under the optimized conditions.
