玻璃微珠表面改性方法及其对硬质聚氨酯泡沫性能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 研究了用偶联剂处理玻璃微珠的方法及其对全水发泡硬质聚氨酯泡沫的微观形貌和压缩性能的影响.试验结果表明,通过适当的方法可以将偶联剂以氢键或化学键的方式连接到玻璃微珠表面,经过偶联剂处理的玻璃微珠与硬质聚氨酯泡沫基体具有较好的相容性和界面强度.并且用玻璃微珠K46(偶联剂KH550处理)增强的聚氨酯泡沫压缩强度和压缩模量有提高. It is related to the effect of glass beads modified by varied kinds of couple agents on the morphology and cornpressive property of rigid polyurethane foams (RPUF). The results of the experiments show that the glass beads can be connected with couple agents by hydrogen or chemical bonds. The modified glass beads and the polyurethane matrix have good compatibility and interface strength. And the glass beads K46 modified by couple agent KH550 have good reinforced effect with higher compressive strength and modulus.
