摘要
采用聚α-烯烃(PAO)/酯类油或半合成油作基础油,添加适当的高性能复合抗氧剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、金属减活剂等研制而成重负荷空气压缩机油。其许多性能优于矿物油,是特别为重负荷往复式空气压缩机气缸与曲轴箱润滑而设计的高档油品,具有优异的热氧化安定性与抗磨性能,能使排气系统的积炭降至最低。
The air compressor oils of reciprocating type were developed by taking poIyaIphaolefin （PAO）/API Group Ⅱ and/or Ⅲ base oils from hydrocracking process and ester- based synthetic fluids as base oils, and adding proper rust ＆ oxidation inhibitors, anti - wear additive and metal deactivator. Compared with mineral oils, the developed oils have the merits of excellent thermal oxidation stability, anti - wear property and lower deposit formation. DAC heavy load air compressor oils, which are synthetic lubricants based PAO, are specially used for the lubrication of crankcase and cylinder of reciprocating air compressors.
