摘要
目的:研究大鼠单侧或双侧椎动脉结扎后大脑的组织学改变。方法:将29只大鼠随机分成3组。A组,结扎双侧椎动脉;B组,结扎单侧椎动脉;C组,假手术组。术后1、2、3、4周后取材,全脑做组织学检查。结果:A组动物在术后1、2、3、4周的标本组织切片上均在脑干处、小脑间质和桥小脑处发生脑细胞水肿和坏死。坏死从一周的点状到4周的片状。B组动物的组织学改变与A组相似,但较轻。结论:大鼠的单侧或双侧椎动脉血流阻断可以引起脑干、小脑间质和桥小脑处脑细胞水肿和坏死。
Objective:To study brain histopathology changes of rats following vertebral artery occlusion by unilateral and bilateral. Methods:Twenty--nine weistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. In group A, the bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded. In group B, the left vertebral arteries were occluded. Group C was the control group, for which artery was not occluded. Results:In group A, brain cells' hydrops.focal necrosis were found at brain stem, cerebellopontine and cerebellar interstitial tissue after 1,2,3,4 weeks. In group B,the same histopathological changes were found. In group C, there were no unnormal histopathological changes. Conclusion: Vertebral artery occlusion in rats, either unilateral or bilateral, can caused brain hydrops and focal necrosis at brain stem, cerebellopontine and cerebellar interstitial tissue in diffent periods.
