摘要
目的观察两种含碘口含片（西地碘片和维善碘片）杀菌效果及其在唾液中的杀菌规律。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和有效碘测定方法进行试验检测。结果含有效碘750mg／L的两种口含片对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌作用2min，杀灭率均为100％。相同含量有效碘的两种口含片对唾液中上述3种细菌杀灭率为96．5％～99％。将两种含碘口含片分别置于1ml唾液中2min，西地碘片的有效碘为0mg；维善碘片的有效碘尚有0．88mg。两种口含片均采用铝塑包装，室温贮存8年，西地碘片有效碘下降率为66．7％，维善碘片有效碘下降率为62．0％。结论含碘口含片对水悬液内细菌繁殖体杀灭效果较好，对唾液中细菌杀灭效果与水悬液相比明显降低；两种口含片在唾液中有效碘快速下降，西地碘下降更快。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of two iodine - containing buccal tablets （ Xi - Di - Dian Tablet and Wei - Shan - Dian Tablet） and their germicidal regularity in saliva. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and available iodine measurement method were used to carry out experimental examination. Results The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the two buccal tablets containing a-vailable iodine 750 mg/L for 2 rain were 100%. The killing rates of above 3 microorganisms in saliva exposed to the 2 buecal tablets containing 750 mg/L available iodine for 2 - 8 min were 96.5% - 99%. After the 2 iodine - containing buccal tablets were put separately in 1 ml of saliva for 2 min, the available iodine content of Xi - Di - Dian Tablet was 0 mg and that of Wei - Shan - Dian Tablet was 0.88 mg. Both buccal tablets were packed in plastics and aluminum pack. After storing at room temperature for 8 years, the available iodine in Xi - Di - Dian Tablet decreased by 66.7% and that in Wei - Shan - Dian Tablet decreased by 62.0%. Condusions The iodine - containing buccal tablet has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria in water suspension and its efficacy in killing bacteria in saliva significantly decreased as compared with that in killing bacteria in water suspension. The available iodine of both tablets decreased rapidly in saliva and that of Xi - Di - Dian Tablet decreased more rapidly.
