摘要
运用透射电镜和扫描电镜分别观察了青海高原牦牛和藏羊源原头蚴感染犬后细粒棘球绦虫成虫的超微结构。结果表明两源细粒棘球绦虫成虫的表面结构和皮层结构相似。颈部及幼节皮层显示典型的皮层细胞的合胞体带,表面显示短柱状微毛;成节皮层显示由外膜、纤维层、肌层和皮层细胞体区构成,合胞体带消失,表面散布有短柱状微毛和颗粒状突出。皮层内侧的实质细胞区含多种细胞。两源虫体实质细胞核、线粒体结构不完全相同。扫描电镜表明细粒棘球绦虫生殖孔边缘及外侧体表存在大量神经乳突,伸出的阳茎上有稀少的细长微毛。这些形态结构特点与文献报道明显不同,提示青海高原存在不同株的细粒棘球绦虫。
The ultrastructure had been observed on adult Echinococcus granulosus from experimental dogs infected with protoscoleces from tibetan sheep and yaks by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning eIectron microscopy (SEM), The results showed that the surface and tegumental structure of adult E- granulosus were similar. As revealed by TEM, the tegument of neck and young proglottid appeared to have a layer syncytium that was composed of the distal cytoplasm of tegumental cells, Fhorl and columnshape microtriches were observed on the surface; the tegument of adult proglottid appeared to be composed of the outer membrane, fibre layer, muscular layer and the regions of tegumental cells, and with no syncytium,the few microtriches and numberous granular projection were observed in it's surface. As revealed by TEM,the regions of parenchymal cells inside of tegument included parenchymal cell, muscuIar ceIls, glycogen-containing cells, flame cells, amylaceous body-formed cells and fibre material-formed cells, et al. The two regious of tegumental cells and parenchymal cells had no boundary. The shape and structure of the nucleus and mitochondria of parenchymal cells of adult Echinococcus granulosus from tibetan sheep and yak origins ap peared to have distinct difference. It was revealed by SEM, the surrounding surface of genital pore and edge of genital pore appeared to have numberous nerve papilla, and existed a few long-column shape microtriches on the surface of cirrus. These morphological characterization were difference with that of other worms from reference. lt is suggested that the intraspecific variation of Echinococcus granulOsus is existent or it have formed different strains probably in Qinghai plateau.
