摘要
近年来,美国特殊教育教师流失现象十分严重,甚至成为威胁特殊教育发展的一个重要因素,因此越来越受到人们的普遍关注。本文通过对目前美国特殊教育教师流失现象及其成因的分析,研究相关的对策和措施,试图为解决我国特教师资短缺与流失问题提供可参考和借鉴之处。
In recent years, the problem of special teacher loss is very serious in America, which has even become a key factor obstructing the development of special education in America. Therefore, more and more attention has been drawn to this issue. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon and causes of special teacher loss, and also on the study of countermeasures and solutions, this study seeks to provide some references for solving the special teacher shortage and loss problem in our country.
