摘要
介绍了近年来超声波加工技术的现状,分析了现有各种超声孔的加工方法,展望谊技术的发展趋势,并提出了今后的发展方向。
The recent states of the ultrasonic hole machining technique are presented. The available various ultrasonic hole machining methods are analyzed. The developing tendency of this technique is forecasted. The study direction for the period ahead is suggested.
