摘要
介绍了振动立钻ZD5125的基本原理及结构特点,测试了机床主轴系统固有频率和对应振型,从机床动态性能的角度分析了振动参数的合理选择范围;通过钻削实验证明振动立钻具有先进的工艺效果。
The basic principle and construction characteristics of vibrating upright drill ZD5125 are presented. The original frequency and respective vibrating mode of machine tool spindle system are detected. From the angle of machine tool dynamic performance, the reasonable selective scopes of vibrating parameters are analyzed. Through drilling practice,the advanced technical effects of drilling upright drill are prored.
