摘要
水安全问题的复杂性决定了其研究方法的重要性。"综合集成方法论"是著名科学家钱学森在总结科学发展历程基础上,针对复杂问题所提出的重要研究思想与研究方法。在水安全研究方面,通过引入"综合集成思想",从方法论层面对水安全这一复杂巨系统研究作出全面、透彻的分析,指出了水安全研究中存在的主要问题,提出了水安全研究综合集成方法,建立了水安全评价指标体系,以期对今后的水安全研究提供重要参考。
The complexity of water safety issue emphasizes the importance of study methods. ＂Comprehensive integration methodology＂ was invented by famous scientist-Qian Xuesen on the basis of summarizing history of scientific development, who presented study theory and method for studying this complicated issue. By means of ＂comprehensive integration methodology＂, an all-round and through analysis is made to water safety system. Issues existed in water safety study are found out and comprehensive integration method for water safety study is put forward. The assessment index system of water safety is buih that is of great reference value for future studies.
