摘要
在介绍制造企业过程能力的基础上分析了过程能力的质量经济性,给出了建立制造企业质量竞争力模型的方法,并建立了质量竞争力模型,分析了模型参数,得出了制造企业质量竞争力随参数的变化情况,为制造企业质量竞争力的形成机理研究提供了理论依据。
On the basis of introduction to manufacturing industry process capability, the quality economy was analyzed. The modeling methods of manufacturing industriy quality competition were put forward and adaptable model of quality competition was given. Manufacturing industry quality competition varies with model parameters based on the model analysis ,the theoretical judge of composing of manufacturing industry quality competition was put forward.
