摘要
采用腹腔注射法，用青霉素、戊四氮、美解眠分别复制大鼠癫痫模型。结果发现，与青霉素癫痫模型相比，戊四氮、美解眠癫痫模型大鼠出现Ⅰ—Ⅱ级痫行为的潜伏期短（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且死亡率低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示复制急性癫痫模型，戊四氮、美解眠优于青霉素。
The wistar rat epilepsy model was reproduced by injecting penicillin, pentylenetrazol and bemegride intraperitoneally. It was noted that the latency of the appearance of Ⅰ Ⅱ degree epilepsy behaviour by pentylenetrazol and bemegride was shorter than that by penicillin ( P <0.01). The mortality rate was lower as well ( P <0.05), indicating that acute epilepsy model reproduced by pentylenetrazol and bemegride might be superior to penicillin.
