16排螺旋CT多平面重建在上腹部肿瘤定位及侵犯范围评估中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT多平面重建在上腹部肿瘤的定位及侵犯范围评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析58例上腹部肿块(最大径线在器官外)的16排螺旋CT图像。结果58例上腹部肿块横断面图像准确定位者42例(72.41%),多平面重建图像准确定位者53例(91.38%),二者差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。118个器官组织受侵犯或转移,横断面图像准确判定者66个(55.93%),多平面重建后图像准确判定者87个(73.73%),二者差异具有显著性(P<0.005)。结论16排螺旋CT的多平面重建图像较单纯横断面图像能更准确地对上腹部肿块定位及判断其侵犯范围。 [Objective] To evaluate the applicative value of 16-row spiral CT multiplanar reconstructions (MPR) in locating and assessing the extension of upper abdominal tumors. [Methods] A retrospective study was undertaken in 58 patients with upper abdominal tumors, who had been 16-row spiral CT scanning. [Results] Among 58 cases of upper abdominal tumors, 42 (72.41%) were accurately located on axial CT images, and 53 (91.38%) were accurately located after MPR. There exists a significant disfinction(P 〈0.01 ). Among the 118 cases with organs or tissues extended, 66 (55.93%) and 87 (73.73%) showed correctly on axial CT images and on MPR respectively. There was also a significant disfinction(P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] 16-row spiral CT MPR is superior to simple axial CT images in locating and determining the extension of upper abdominal tumors.
