摘要
目的:以菌丝生物量为指标,探讨不同碳氮源及碳氮比对大球盖菇液体发酵的影响。方法:单因子试验和正交试验。结果:适合大球盖菇液体发酵的培养基为:蔗糖2.25%、牛肉膏0.80%、玉米粉2.25%、黄豆粉0.60%、磷酸二氢钾0.30%、硫酸镁0.10%。结论:大球盖菇液体发酵的最适碳源为玉米粉、蔗糖,最适氮源为黄豆粉、牛肉膏。
Objective：To study the effect of different single C-sources, N-sources and C/N ratio on the submerged-cuhure of Stropharia rugoso-annulata. Methods： Single factor and orthogonal testing method were employed for this study. Results ： The results suggested that the optimal compositions of medium should include sucrose （2.25%）, beef extract（ 0. 80% ）, corn meal （ 2. 25% ）, soybean powder （ 0. 60% ）, KH2PO4 （0.3 % ） and MgSO4（0.10% ）. Conclusion ：The most appropriate carbon sources may involve corn meal and sucrose, and soybean powder and beef extract are favorable to nitrogen sources.
