摘要
目的:以菌丝生物量为指标,探讨不同碳氮源及碳氮比对大球盖菇液体发酵的影响。方法:单因子试验和正交试验。结果:适合大球盖菇液体发酵的培养基为:蔗糖2.25%、牛肉膏0.80%、玉米粉2.25%、黄豆粉0.60%、磷酸二氢钾0.30%、硫酸镁0.10%。结论:大球盖菇液体发酵的最适碳源为玉米粉、蔗糖,最适氮源为黄豆粉、牛肉膏。
Objective:To study the effect of different single C-sources, N-sources and C/N ratio on the submerged-cuhure of Stropharia rugoso-annulata. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal testing method were employed for this study. Results : The results suggested that the optimal compositions of medium should include sucrose (2.25%), beef extract( 0. 80% ), corn meal ( 2. 25% ), soybean powder ( 0. 60% ), KH2PO4 (0.3 % ) and MgSO4(0.10% ). Conclusion :The most appropriate carbon sources may involve corn meal and sucrose, and soybean powder and beef extract are favorable to nitrogen sources.
