摘要
静力拉伸作为提高运动员柔韧性素质的主要手段之一,可以有效提高运动员柔韧素质,但有研究指出大强度、长时间静力拉伸会影响运动员的爆发力水平。对静力拉伸与无静力拉伸的情况进行实验对比分析,以30名近期腿部无大损伤的山东大学男性跆拳道专选学生为被试对象,对其分别施加蹬车和蹬车/拉伸两套不同方案的训练,然后对最大肌力、力量-时间曲线的主要指标,以及参与工作部位的肌电图进行对比分析,分析拉伸对运动员以上指标的影响,研究结果显示适量的拉伸练习不会显著地影响上述指标,从而提出适宜拉伸训练的负荷强度、时机,为科学训练提供依据。
Static stretching is regarded as one of the good way to improve the flexibility, but acute and prolonged stretching may reduce the athletic performance, especially the level of power. Thirty healthy studems from Shandong University whose major is Taekwondo were chose as participants, and they were tested after a jogging and a jogging/stretching protocol, then compared and analyzed the data to get the conclusions. The results indicated that a moderate volume of static stretching did not alter the MVC and the isometric force-time curve characteristics significantly, then we concluded the timing and intensity for static stretching, can provided a bit proof for the scientific training.
