矿物掺合料与硅酸盐水泥复合胶凝体系性能初探 被引量:3

摘要 对掺加不同矿物掺合料(石粉、矿粉、粉煤灰)与水泥复合胶凝体系的性能(强度、收缩、裂缝)及其浆体的pH值进行测试,经分析得出结论:复合胶凝体系浆体的pH值与其胶砂强度有对应关系;石粉掺量较少时,有早强作用;单掺时,矿物掺合料的活性由高到低的顺序为:矿粉→石粉→粉煤灰;从强度、收缩、裂缝三方面总体考虑,双掺效果比单掺好,其中,以矿粉和粉煤灰复掺效果最好。 Tests to performances(strength,shrinkage and cracking)of the composite cementitious system in Portland cement intermingled with different mineral admixtures(limestone powder,slag powder and fly-ash) and their mortar PH value were carried out,and some conclusions were obtained by analyzing the test data.There exists corresponding relationship between PH value of the composite system and its mortar strength;when less limestone powder is added in,the composite system shows high-early strength;when these mineral admixtures are single intermingled,their activity from high to low are consecutively consisted in slag powder,limestone powder and fly-ash.Considering allover the three aspects of strength,shrinkage and cracking,effect of double-added mineral admixture is better than that of single-added,in which,the effect of double-added for slag powder together with fly-ash is the best.
