摘要 介绍了高温浓硫酸用高硅奥氏体不锈钢的国内外开发情况,分析了它的合金设计和合金化原理,研究了XDS-1高硅奥氏体不锈钢板材的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,并举例介绍了XDS-1高硅奥氏体不锈钢在硫酸生产中浓酸系统的塔设备、泵阀和管道的应用效果,认为国产的XDS-1高硅奥氏体不锈钢使用效果良好,可推广应用。 The development status of high silicon austenitic stainless steel for high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid both in China and abroad is outlined,its alloy design and alloying principle is analyzed,the mechanical property and corrosion resistance of XDS-1 high silicon austenitic stainless steel plates is studied,and an example are taken to demonstrate the application effect of XDS-1 high silicon austenitic stainless steel in the tower equipment,pumps,valves and pipes of concentrated sulfuric acid system of sulfuric acid production.It is considered that the XDS-1 high silicon austenitic stainless steel made in China offers good application effect,and can be promoted for use.
