摘要
本文从四个方面对图书馆的办公管理系统的设计进行阐述。较为详细的介绍了管理系统设计的基本构想和管理系统应实现的八个功能,即:员工档案管理、考勤管理、财务管理、文件档案管理、设备管理、科研管理、日常工作管理、系统维护,为办公管理系统的开发提供了一定的参考。
This paper explicates the design of the office managing system from four aspects. It introduces the basic construction of the design of the managing system and the eight fimtions it supposes to realize, that is, staff file management, attendance checking management, financial management, documents and files management, equipment management, scientific research management, routine management, and system maintenance, all of which have provided some reference to the exploitation of the office managing system.
