4树种树皮有机物质含量与对桑天牛抗性关系的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以毛白杨、W-46杨、旱柳和构树4树种的1年生嫩枝饲养桑天牛成虫并分析树皮内含物与对桑天牛抗性的关系,以期为抗性品种选育提供参考.结果表明,取食不同树种的桑天牛成虫在取食量、存活时间、产卵量和死亡雌虫体内遗卵量上有较大差异.取食构树的桑天牛成虫取食量大,存活时间长,产卵量大,遗卵量少,其他3个树种则相反.4树种树皮内总糖和可溶性蛋白含量与桑天牛抗性无关,树皮内可溶性糖含量、总氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量对抗性有一定影响.4树种树皮内水溶性总酚含量和单宁含量差异对成虫取食有较大影响,酚类和单宁等次生物质对桑天牛成虫的忌避作用是导致抗性的主要原因.作者认为,总酚和单宁等次生物质含量可以做为林木对桑天牛抗性育种中的选育指标. To find out referenced index for tree resistance breeding, the author feed adult Asian long horn beetle (Apriona germctri) with 1 year branch of Populus tomentosa, P. xeuramericana cv. ‘Zhonglin46', Salix matsudana and Broussonetia papyrifera, and analysis the bark inclusion of these 4 tree species. Result shows that the Apriona germari adult insect prefer to eat Broussonetia papyrifera and reject to eat other tree species which result in difference in natural life and fecundity. Total sugar and dissolvable protein content in the bark is not the cause of rejection. Difference of dissolvable sugar and amino acid may be the reason of preference while difference of dis- solvable phenolics and tannin content may explain the rejection. The author suggest dissolvable phenolics and tannin content in the bark may be take as breeding target.
