摘要
文章主要介绍了近10年来中医对甲亢病因病机的认识,以及临床治疗现状,按病因病机、辨证论治、临床治疗等方面并加以总结归纳,认为中医药治疗甲亢在有效方剂的研发、完善治疗方案、提高临床疗效等方面均取得了较大的进展,并在改善症状、调节免疫、减少副作用、降低复发率等方面具有独特的优势,同时也对存在的问题及进一步研究方向进行了阐述。
The paper introduced etiological factors and pathogenesis of hyperthyreosis, current treatment situation in TCM, summarized from pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, clinical treatment, the result indicated that TCM achieved to great progress in exploiting effective prescription, improving treatment plan and clinical effect, and so on, with special superiority in improving symptoms, adjusting immunity, decreasing side -effect and recurrence. At last, the paper expounded existing problems and further study direction.
