摘要
一站式办公制度对打造城市文化核心竞争力具有重要作用,但是目前一站式办公制度的建设还存在着诸多问题,严重地影响了城市文化核心竞争力的提升。为此我们要创新和完善一站式办公制度;加强一站式办公制度的行为文化建设;提高从业人员的素质;完善监督制约机制;科学设置"窗口";积极推动电子政务等,以提升城市文化核心竞争力。
One-Stop Services System shall play a vital role for the enhancement of urban culture core-competitiveness, however, which also prejudices the enhancement mentioned above due to the inside defects currently. Therefore, the following measures should be taken for the perfection of One-Stop Services System： perfecting the systems, behaviors and cultures of One-Stop Services; enhancing the qualities of practitioners; strengthening Supervision ＆ Control Mechanism; setting ＂ window＂ reasonably and promoting E-Government actively etc. All such measures may be attributable for the enhancement of. urban culture core-competitiveness.
