摘要
核糖体失活蛋白(RIPs)是一类存在于药用植物和葫芦科植物种子中具有核糖核酸(RNA)N-糖苷酶活力的生物毒性蛋白。文章综述RIPs的提取、分离纯化、化学结构分析、生物活性测定等的研究及其在抗艾滋病病毒和抗癌中的应用进展。
The ribosome inactivating proteins is a cytotoric proteins that inactivates eukaryotic ribosome by enzymatically clearing off the N-glucosidie bond of a adenine residure(A 4324).It found in some medical plants and seed of gourds melons.In this article,the progress on studies of the extraction,isolation and purification,chemical structure analysis,determination of bioactivity of RIPs and its application in anti-HIV and anti-cancer are reviewed.
