摘要
随着城市化的推进,越来越多的城市边缘地带的耕地被征用、流失严重,也使城市边缘区农地发展权得以实现。为了规范征地制度、加强耕地保护、维护被征地农民利益,对农地发展权的价值研究是很有必要的。本文从农地发展权概念出发,说明农地发展权设定的必要性,通过对农地发展权价格实质的阐述,借助李嘉图地租理论模型,探讨城市扩张与农地发展权价格之间的相互关系。为我国构建农地发展权制度提供理论支持。
