摘要
目的评价国产狂犬疫苗和进口狂犬疫苗的安全性,为临床选择安全有效的狂犬疫苗提供依据。方法对2430例国产及进口狂犬疫苗暴露后免疫者,按程序接种后,观察局部和全身反应。结果所有接种对象均未出现严重局部和全身副反应。国产狂犬疫苗副反应发生率为18.1%,进口疫苗副反应发生率为14.6%,二者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种狂犬疫苗均具有良好的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of VERORAB and CDBIO rabies vaccines. Methods 2 430 rabies victims were included in this study. Results None of the vaccinee developed serious reaction after vaccination. The percentage of subjects having side effects after vaccination with VEROR and CDBIO was 18.1% and 14.6%, respectively. The difference is not significant. Conclusion Both VERORAB and CDBIO vaccines are clinically safe for vaccination.
