摘要
提出通过胶料混炼过程参数预测混炼胶塑性和分散性质量指标的方法。先对混炼过程参数与混炼胶质量指标（塑性值和分散性）进行相关分析，找出与塑性值和分散性线性相关系数大的参数，然后通过回归分析分别建立塑性值和分散性的数学模型。用质量自动在线检测仪进行了混炼胶塑性值和分散性的在线检测试验。模型预测值与实测值存在一定误差。
A method was proposed for predicting the plasticity and dispersion of mix using the parameters obtained in mixing process.At first,the correlation analysis of the parameters obtained in mixing process to the mix quality indexes (plasticity and dispersion) was made resulting in the parameters with closer correlation to the plasticity and dispersion.Then the mathematic models of plasticity and dispersion were respectively worked out through the regression analysis of the said parameters.The on line test of mix plasticity and dispersion was made with an automatic quality on line tester.The predicted quality indexes from the model could meet the requirement in production although they were somewhat different from the test results.
