摘要
在直流电位的基础上施加一个方波电位对不锈钢电极进行钝化,通过改变方波脉冲宽度、幅值、阴阳极脉冲比等参数,用阳极极化曲线、电位衰减曲线、阴极还原曲线对钝化膜性质进行评价,选出最佳钝化条件。结果表明,载波钝化膜的耐蚀性能远优于直流钝化膜,当A=500 mV,P=300 ms,R=2:1时钝化膜性能为最好。
By means of electrochemical method, the stability of passive film formed by A. V modulating passivation was studied. Results showed that the defect points could be removed and the surface of passive film was levelled after A. V modulating passivation. When A = 500 mV, P = 300 ms, R = 2: 1, the stability of passive film on stainless steel was best.
