摘要 近年来,随着超声影像和计算机技术的发展,胎儿超声心动图已成为胎儿心血管异常的最主要的非侵入性诊断技术。它在胎儿心脏检查中的应用日趋成熟,为产前超声诊断胎儿复杂先天性心脏病提供了新手段,提高了围产儿的生存质量和人口素质,具有非常重要的临床和社会意义。该文从胎儿超声心动图的适应症、最佳孕周选择、切面选择、胎儿超声心动图的新技术、在临床上的应用、宫内干预评估等多个侧面描述了胎儿超声心动图在临床的应用,并提出了胎儿超声心动图的局限性和展望。 For recent years, with rapid development in ultrasonic imaging and computer technology, fetal echocardiography has become a main non-invasive method for prenatal diagnosis of fetal congenital angiocardiopathies. Its more and more matured application in examination of fetal heart provides a novel means for congenital complex heart diseases. It improves perinatal survival quality and quality of the population. So, it is of very important clinical and social significance.
