摘要 目的探讨腰围对心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法193例研究对象按腰围分为正常与异常两组。检测HRV、BMI、腰围、腰臀比、脂肪含量、脂肪比例、FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血尿酸等指标。结果腰围异常组除LF/HF外HRV各指标均低于正常组(P<0.01);协方差分析校正年龄、性别、吸烟、腰围、SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血尿酸后HRV所有指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腰围可影响HRV,腰围异常时HRV降低。 Objective To explore the influence of waist circumference(WC) on heart rate variability (HRV). Methods 193 cases were divided into two groups with or without increased WC. Indices of HRV by 24 hour electrocardiography, body mass index(BMI),waist-hip ratio(WHR), WC, fat concentration(FATc), fat proportion (FATp), systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP, DBP), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), uric Acid (UA) were measured. Results The HRV indices except LF/HF were lower in group with increased WC than those of normal WC significantly (all P〈0.01). After adjusting effects of age, gender, smoking, WHR, SBP, DBP, WC, BMI, FATc, FATp, TC, TG, HDL-C by analysis of covariance, the statistical differences of HRV between the two groups were existed as before. Conclusions The waist circumference may influence on HRV. HRV will be decreased when waist circumference increases.
