摘要
双鸭山铁矿中含有利用价值极高的金属镓,但因其含镓量太低,不能直接用作提镓原料。本文试图找到一种从含镓铁矿烟灰中富集镓的有效途径。试验结果表明,在浸出温度95℃,固液比1∶4,物料粒度为0.074 mm以下占76.70%,浸出剂硫酸的浓度150 g/L,浸出时间为20 h的条件下,镓浸出率可达到68.74%。
The valuble gallium contained in Shuangyashan iron ore couldn't be used as raw material because of a low content of gallium. A possible way to extract gallium from ore dusts was given. The leaching rate of gallium could reach 68.74% on the conditions: the leaching temperature was 95 ℃, the solid liquid ration was 1:4, more than 76.70 % material, the diameter of which was below 0. 074 ram.
