摘要 研究了莫来石-高硅氧玻璃复相材料的相组成、显微结构、性能及应用。从相图出发,探讨了该复相材料的制备工艺和几种不同添加剂对制备该复相材料的影响。结果表明,含K2O化合物或矿物为较理想的助熔剂,以高钾矿物为添加剂,以高岭土为原料,制备了不含方石英和刚玉、莫来石含量在55%~60%的莫来石-高硅氧玻璃复相材料,该复相材料的体积密度为2.56g·cm-3,耐火库为1750~1770℃,室温至1300℃的热膨胀系数为4.2×10-6K-1。 The phase composition, microstructure, some properities and applications of mullitosilica-rich glass composite ma-terials were briefly described. The synthesis temperature of the composite was discussed in terms of phase relationshipof Al2O3-SiO2 and SiO2-Al2O3-K2O.The influence of MgO, CaO and K2O additives on the phase composition and syn-thesising tcmperature were investigated.The experimental results show that the components or minerals containing rel-atively high K2O are cffectivc additives in fabricating the composite. The mullite-silica-rich glass composite, which hasno free silica and contains 55 % ~ 60 % mullite, was obtained based on K2O-rich minerals and kaolinlite. The bulk den-sity of the composite is 2. 56 g·cm-3, the refractoriness is in the range from 1 750℃ to 1 770℃ and the thermal ex-pansion coefficient between the room temperature and 1 300℃ is 4. 2×10-6 K-1.
