摘要 目的:探讨冰片对骨髓基质干细胞(BMSCs)透过血脑屏障(BBB)的影响。方法:复制脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为BMSCs+冰片组、BMSCs组、冰片组、模型组和正常组5个组;MCAO术后24小时,灌服冰片30min后,以3×106BMSCs经右颈总动脉注射入大鼠体内;分别于脑缺血再灌注后第1、14、28天检查各组大鼠的神经功能,并于实验结束时采血检测血象、肝肾功能。结果:BMSCs+冰片组和BMSCs组神经功能显著改善,而前者又优于后者;各组大鼠血象、肝肾功能都正常,主要器官组织未见肿块形成。结论:冰片能够促进BMSCs透过BBB,改善神经功能;血管内移植BMSCs未见明显的副作用。 Objective: To study the influence of borneol on BMSCs permeating through blood-brain barrier. Methods: The rat model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was copied. Then the rats were divided into 5 groups: BMSCs+ borneol group, BMSCs group, borneol group, model group and normal group. 24h after MCAO operation, and 30rain after drenching borneol, 3 106 BMSCs were injected through right common carotid artery into each rat of BMSCs+ borneol group and BMSCs group. The nerve function was tested respectively in the 1^st, 14^th and 28^th day after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. At the experiment endpoint, the level of blood RBC, WBC, PL were examined, and lever and renal function were tested. Results: The nerve function of BMSCs+ borneol group and BMSCs group were improved significantly. While the former was better than the latter. The level of blood RBC, WBC and PL, and the lever and renal function in all groups were normal. No lump was founded in all rats. Conclusions: Borneol can promote BMSCs permeating through BBB to improve nerve function. No visible side-effect was founded in intravascular BMSCs-transplanting rats.
