摘要
目的探讨大腿软组织恶性肿瘤的疗效与手术方法的关系。方法20例软组织恶性肿瘤行广泛和间室内切除，9例术后行放射治疗。结果20例中，17例获得随访，随访时间6个月～5年；13例术后无复发，4例复发。结论大腿恶性软组织肿瘤采用广泛及根治切除取得较满意疗效。
Objective To evaluate combined therapy of upper leg sarcomas. Methods 20 cases of upper leg sarcomas managed with combined therapy. The sarcomas were resected generally basing on staging and pathologic diagnosis before preoperative and were partly radiation therapy after operation. Results 20 patients had been opereated. 17 patients were followed up from 6 months to 5 years. Among 4 recrudescence patients, one died with lung metastasis, another 3 cases of reopration were still alive. Conclusion It is important that the combined therapy of upper leg sarcomas were resected generally and radiation therapy after operation, that have achieved satisfactory curative effect.
