摘要
由于国际社会对保护生态环境和人身安全等问题的关注与日俱增,加上贸易保护主义的抬头,一种新的贸易壁垒——绿色壁垒已成为国际贸易中的新问题。一些国家针对各种产品甚至产品包装设置了绿色壁垒,对我国包装行业造成极大冲击。如何顺应国际潮流、突破国际市场的绿色壁垒已成为我国厂家以及包装业面临的严峻问题。本文试从政府、法律、企业等方面提出应对针对包装的绿色壁垒的建议。
Since international society is paying more and more attention to environmental protection and personal health, and trade protectionism is on the rise, a new kind of barriers - - green barriers is playing an important role. Some countries have specially set up green barriers to so many kinds of products and even their packing. Many trades in our country have suffered from green barriers in the international market because of production packing problems, which cause the great losses. It is the severe question for manufacturers and packing industries to confront that how we can conform to this international tide and break through the green barriers of international market. The article gives some suggestions to deal with the green barriers aiming at the packing from the view of government, law and enterprise.
