摘要
考察了K、V、B等对Ga/HZSM5催化剂的改性后表面酸性质和Ga组分状态分布的变化以及对甲醇、丙烷芳构化催化作用的异同。结果表明,V、B改性后提高了甲醇转化的芳烃选择性,降低了丙烷的芳构化活性。在B改性催化剂上,甲醇/丙烷偶合转化生成产物中芳烃的选择性低,但低碳烯烃的选择性高。最后提出对不同的催化反应过程,要求不同的强酸中心与活性组分镓相匹配。
The acidic property and Gallium state of K,V,B modified Ga/HZSM 5 aswellas their catalytic properties for aromatization of methanol or/and propane have beenstudied The results showed that the aromatics selectivity was inereased for methanol trans formationwhile the catalytic activity was decreased for propane transformation over Vor BmodifiedGa/HZSM 5 Both propane and methanol could not be converted to aromatic hy drocarbonseffectively over Kmodified Ga/HZSM 5 due to the fact that the surface acidity of catalyst was largely reduced by exchanging H + for K + A lower selectivity of aromatics butahigher selectivity of light alkenes was obtained for coupled conversion of methanol/propaneon Bmodified catalyst It is proposed that a balance between acidity and active Gallumfor different catalytic transformation could be found
