摘要
在氯丁橡胶(CR)/氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CPE)素炼时,加入2～3份具有高润滑作用的饱和脂肪酸酯型均化剂和10～12份中等相对分子质量的合成酯类增塑剂,能改善氧化锌、氧化镁在橡胶中的分散性,提高胶料的流动性、阻燃性和加工工艺性能。研制开发的阻燃耐油型 CR/CPE 电缆护套料用于生产船用电缆,其性能完全满足设计及 GB 9331,IEC 502的要求。
The cable jacket with flame and oil resistance based on chloroprene rubber(CR)/ chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CPE)was developed.The opti- mum ratio of the compounds was CR/ CPE 70～80/ 20～30,vulcanizator(DPTT,NA-22)1.9～2.2,pro- cessing aids(WB 222,WB 350)16～20,antioxidant 2.0～2.5,filler(LEE powder,washing clay,talcum powder)85～100,ZnO and MgO 10～12,anti- flammability agents 68～75.The developed cable jacket used in ship could meet the requirements of GB 9331and IEC 502.
