摘要
目的探讨早期救治成批烧伤患者的护理方法。方法制定护理程序化管理方案,建立静脉通道、补充血容量,保持呼吸道通畅,对吸入性损伤患者协助医生行气管切开。严格执行无菌操作,处理烧伤创面,加强心理护理。结果所有患者均顺利进入生命安全期。结论按护理程序实施护理可提高护理水平和工作效率,以促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing care methods of burn injury for batch of patients in early period. Methods The sequencing care management program was formulated which include building venous access, supplementing blood capacity, keeping fluency of respiratory tract, assisting doctors to do incision of trachea for inhalation injury cases, dealing with burn wound with serious sterile operation, enhancing mental nursing. Results All patients entered the safe life stage smoothly. Conclusions To practice sequencing care managementprogram could ensure patients to accept systemic therapy and nursing as soon as possible, improving nursing level and work efficiency, and establishing the foundation of rehabilitation.
