摘要
为解决固井施工中水泥浆漏失低返问题,开发了特种纤维防漏剂BCE-200S及强化其堵漏能力的助防漏剂BCE-210S、BCF-220L,形成了防漏外加剂体系。BCE-200S纤维可以加工成不同尺寸,表面经过亲水处理,自分散性好,可满足干混和"湿混"的要求。对不同长度的纤维防漏剂进行了堵漏性能评价,结果表明:堵较大尺寸孔隙或缝隙时使用长纤维更为有效,而在短纤维、长纤维都能够实现封堵的情况下,使用短纤维时漏失量更小。BCE-200S防漏外加剂体系在吐哈、华北、玉门等油田得到了现场应用,施工方便,有效解决了漏失井固井难题。
A special fibrous lost circulation material(LCM),BCE-200S,and secondary LCMs used in combination with it,BCE-210S and BCF-220L,were developed to use in cementing operations,in which cement slurries were lost into the formation.The BCE-200S,with its surface being hydrophilically treated,can be produced in different sizes.The BCE-200S had good self-dispersing in water and thus can be mixed dry or mixed wet.Performance evaluation experiments were done on these fibrous LCMs with different sizes,and the results showed that the long fibers performed much better in fractures with big sizes.For fractures that can be sealed off with both long and short fibers,using the short fibers will be better than using the long fibers concerning the amount of lost slurries.BCE-200S and the two secondary LCMs had found widely use in Tuha,Huabei and Yumen area.
